It’s produced on the lush green pastures of the carbon-sequestering regenerative organic Alexandre Family Farm in northern California, where Blake and Stephanie Alexandre and three of their grown children raise a herd of cows specially bred to produce only A2/A2 milk. 

This delicious A2/A2 organic dry whole milk powder is made from milk that’s low heat pasteurized on state of the art equipment, creating a super smooth powder still packed with flavor. The creamy powder reconstitutes beautifully as a liquid, and works perfectly as a dry ingredient in recipes.

Alexandre Family Farm A2/A2 organic dry milk powder is obtained by the removal of water from pasteurized A2/A2 Organic milk and is not fortified with vitamins A or D above what may naturally occur.

Azure Market products are re-packaged by Azure for your convenience in a facility that meets Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) standards, including an approved allergen control program.

 

To reconstitute: For optimal smoothness and flavor, mix the night before use. We recommend using a blender and cool (not cold) water. Pour the powder into half the water, stirring or blending continuously. Wait a few minutes, then add the rest of the water, continuing to stir until well-mixed (about 30 seconds).
