Are you new to Castile Liquid Soap?  Pronounced “ka-STEEL,” Castile soap originated in the Castile region of Spain famous for its soap-making.  Originally made exclusively from olive oil, the name “Castile Soap” now refers to soaps that are made from plant oils (like coconut and olive), rather than animal oils (such as tallow).
